Hubspot is a tool we truly believe in. It's not just about the software and the great results we've seen, either. It's the Hubspot culture. Everyone there wants you to succeed and are more than happy to do whatever it takes to get you there. We're realistic, however. We know that spewing our love and appreciation for Hubspot won't convince everyone. We've discussed how great the software is, from the insanely awesome blogging tool, to the social media integration, to the email campaigns. What we haven't talked about yet, is the stuff that Hubspot does to support you outside of the software. The following, admittedly, is another post about why we can't get enough of Hubspot. Hey, at least we're consistent, right?

What? If you’ve come across an inbound marketing pickle (ohhh), have no fear. Hubspot’s customer service is unparalleled to any other. Their support team is always uber friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to solve your problem and you’re left with the warm fuzzies in your stomach.

Hubspot hooks you up with a superstar right from the beginning. While they may call themselves Channel Account Managers, we know better. These guys know their stuff. They’re devoted to making you successful and doing anything they can to help you along the way. Hubspot is constantly making improvements to their software to better serve their customers. They even recently added some fantastic personalization tools that allow for better communication and lead nurturing. You never know what's going to be rolled out next. With each new update, your ability to get more leads skyrockets.

Let’s face it. We live in a world of skeptics. Hubspot may offer all of these great tools, but does it really work? ABSOLUTELY. In 2013, an MIT Sloan MBA student completed a research study on the ROI of using HubSpot software. Overall, users experienced an average 2.7x increase in traffic after 12 months of active use.
