There’s no question our societal reality has changed since the pandemic began back in March, and many of the norms of our daily lives are drastically different. One of the biggest changes to come out of this was the shift in consumer behavior; resources were scarce, stores were closed, and now, we have to try and adapt to a new way of doing things.
