9 Tips to Improve Your Company LinkedIn Page UPDATED January 2020

LinkedIn is one of the most important social networks for businesses. Because it is a professional network, LinkedIn is a great way to target professionals and other businesses while promoting your company in a business-centric space. In order to yield results from LinkedIn, it’s important that you use best practices to make sure your company page is fully optimized. Here are some tips to improve your company’s LinkedIn page.

1. Provide Expert Content

Create content that demonstrates your company’s expertise in your field. Share articles that solve problems that your target audience experiences in order to improve your company’s reputation and build trust among your audience. Establishing expertise in your field will increase traffic to your LinkedIn page, as readers will look to your company for advice.

2. Use Visual Media

Incorporating pictures and videos into posts is a great way to capture readers’ attention. When a picture or infographic accompanies a text post, click through rates increase. Videos are growing in popularity as well. Short, 15-second videos are a great way to get a quick message across to readers, while longer videos work will to spread awareness of an event or to interview an employee. 3. Keep Updates Brief

When creating posts for your page, keep your updates short and sweet. Use a simple title with an interesting image and a concise lead in order to encourage click-throughs.
